The pill should be taken daily at the same time to be more effective whether sexual intercourse occurred or not.

The implant works by stopping ovulation and thickening cervical mucus. It is a long-term, reversible, and highly effective contraceptive method.
An intrauterine device is a small T-shaped device placed inside the uterus to prevent pregnancy. It provides long-term contraception and can remain effective for several years, depending on the type used.
The IUD works by preventing fertilisation and, in some cases, implantation. It is a safe and reliable option for long-term family planning.
Male condoms are a barrier method of contraception used during sexual intercourse. They help prevent pregnancy by stopping sperm from entering the uterus.
Male condoms also provide protection against sexually transmitted infections. They are easy to use, widely available, and effective when used correctly and consistently.
